Historical hourly snapshot data of live frontline / advertised prices allows our customers to unlock most/least active advertising times throughout the day, which competitors advertise when and how to reprice. We have historical data from pre-covid and track price changes each hour, of each day of the year. We aid mortgage lenders on building PPE models to adjust prices at the right time to maximize their leads while controlling for margins.
