The syntheses and structures are described of the molecular stannatelluroxanes 2,4,6-t-Bu3C6H2TeO2Sn-t-Bu2Cl (4), 8-Me2NC10H6TeO2Sn-t-Bu2Cl (5), and (2,6-Mes2C6H3Te)2O5(Sn-t-Bu2)2 (6), which were obtained by the reaction of (t-Bu2SnO)3 with the respective aryltellurium trichlorides RTeCl3 (R = 2,4,6-t-Bu3C6H2, 8-Me2NC10H6, 2,6-Mes2C6H3). Compounds 4−6 were characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 119Sn, 125Te), ESI-TOF MS spectrometry, osmometric molecular weight determination, and X-ray crystallography.
