Dataset: Molecular beam epitaxy growth of cadmium telluride structures on hexagonal boron nitride

The dataset contains photoluminescence measurements and AFM scans with cross sections performed to verify the growth of CdTe structures, such as quantum wells, on hexagonal boron nitride. These data were used to create the figures in the article "Molecular beam epitaxy growth of cadmium telluride structures on hexagonal boron nitride".Details about .spm and .asc format have been included in "readme.txt".
