In this study, a novel multi-pass heat exchanger cracker was developed for in-situ thermocatalytic cracking. Comprehensive material characterization of the catalysts was performed alongside detailed emission measurements and flame topology analyses of the in-situ cracked flames across a wide range of operating conditions. Exhaust emissions were measured using a bespoke state-of-the-art Quantum Cascade Analyser (CT5100) at different cracking efficiencies and equivalence ratios. The experimental data are compiled in an Excel file consisting of three sheets: the first provides combustion characteristics in multiple tables, including cracking efficiency with different catalysts (Table 1), combustion characteristics of in-situ cracked flames (Table 2), and their emission profiles (Table 3); the second contains spectrometer readings; and the third details catalyst properties.<br>
