This repository contains data needed to run code for seabird SDMs, projection, and time-series analyses – the code can be found at either of the following links: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17145095 https://github.com/rgasbarr/CCE_SeabirdSDMs_ClimateProjection Data: TimeSeriesAveragesByArea_AllSpecies.csv Contains time-series data describing seabird habitat suitability model outputs in four National Marine Sanctuaries, four wind energy areas, the shelf (200m isobath) of the California Current Ecosystem (CCE), and the CCE shelf-slope domain extending 273 km offshore. GreaterFarallones: Contains a polygon shapefile outlining Greater Farallones NMS. MontereyBay: Contains a polygon shapefile outlining Monterey Bay NMS. Combined – contains all four of the above NMS in one multipolygon file. WindAreas/CA_Wind_Shapefiles: Contains a polygon shapefile outlining the proposed Morro Bay and Humboldt Wind Energy Areas. WindAreas/OR_Wind_Shapefiles: Contains a polygon shapefile outlining the proposed Morro Bay and Humboldt Wind Energy Areas.
