Gluten specific CD4 positive T cell upon anti CD3 and anti CD28 stimulation Cells were stimulated for 3 hours with 2.5 microgram/ml of anti-CD3 (Biolegend, catalog317315) and anti-CD28 (Biolegend, catalog302923) antibodies, Untreated cells were included as control. N=22 samples per condition. Measurements were done at t=0 (untreated) and t=180minutes (stimulated)
