Genomic evolution of breast cancer metastasis and relapse - Yates et al.

The zip file contains three folders, which group somatically acquired indels, structural variants and substitutions. Within each of these folders, there are individual tab-delimited text files containing the calls for each patient separately, together with which samples within each patient the mutation was identified in. Data arise from whole genome sequencing of primary and metastatic / relapsing breast cancers.该压缩包包含三个文件夹，分别归类了体细胞获得性插入缺失（indels）、结构变异（structural variants）以及碱基替换三类突变。在每个文件夹下，均设有独立的制表符分隔文本文件，分别对应每位患者的变异检测结果，并标注了该突变在患者体内的哪些样本中被鉴定到。本数据集来源于原发性、转移性/复发性乳腺癌的全基因组测序数据。
