This dataset comprises measured soil profile moisture content data from farmlands and their adjacent areas within the Daman Irrigation District of the Heihe River Basin, collected after three rounds of irrigation. Based on the features of the selected farm plot and its surrounding region, one Trime tube was deployed in the corn field, while three additional Trime tubes were arranged perpendicular to the direction of the field path. When monitoring soil moisture content vertically via TDR, measurements were taken at 10 cm intervals downward. The study area is located within the farmlands of the Daman Irrigation District.
