Dataset contains four files and one folder. ·Folder sequencing: contains all the raw sequencing data, already demultiplexed. ·file community4: contains all the fungal community in each soil sample. Numbers represent read numbers ·env: contains the environmental data ·guilds2: contains the fungal community according to their guilds.
