珠江口潮流预报图集(2023)深圳港引航站委托中国科学院南海南海洋研究所对西部港区水域潮汐潮流特征开展研究,选取合适海流数值模式建立数值预报系统,利用潮汐和潮流观测资料和模拟结果进行对比验证,通过调试确定合适的模式参数,从而建立准确的潮流预报系统的预报产品。该产品为西部港区引航生产提供潮流流速、流向的准确预报,为船舶航行和靠离泊操纵提供翔实准确的数据依据,确保引航安全。

Tidal Current Forecast Atlas of the Pearl River Estuary (2023) Entrusted by the Shenzhen Port Pilot Station, the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences carried out a study on the tidal and tidal current characteristics of the waters in the Western Port Area. An appropriate numerical ocean current model was selected to build a numerical forecast system. Comparative verification was conducted using tidal current observation data and simulation results, and suitable model parameters were determined through debugging, thus developing the forecast products of an accurate tidal current forecast system. This product provides accurate forecasts of tidal current velocity and direction for pilotage operations in the Western Port Area, supplies detailed and accurate data references for ship navigation, berthing and unberthing operations, and ensures the safety of pilotage.
