CampAttack PV Assays

Data for GeneScan assays for the following Campylobacter jejuni strains or lineages: M1, ST353; ST464. The data includes the dideoxy sequence data for each repetitive sequence of each locus and the psanalyse files that were derived from this data.

The sequence data consists of a file for each locus that contain one or more sequence files depending on whether the tract was sequenced with both the forward and reverse primers or only on of these primers. The sequence files including the raw autosequencer data file (.ab1), text files of the sequences both clipped and unclipped (.seq) and in some cases other summary files (.pdf, .phd, .scf).

The psanalyse files include both the calibration file (Calibs M1.csv) and the Peakset file (Peaksets M1.csv); these files indicate the size of the PCR fragment expected for a specific repeat tract length and the repeat numbers associated with expression (i.e. an ON variant).
