Genotyping and genetic analysis of a double cross population in rice

The rice double cross population was derived from the crossing of a two-line hybrid rice variety (Fengliangyou4) and a three-line hybrid rice variety (Tianyouhuazhan). The lines in this population were sequenced with low genome coverage. A computational method OutcrossSeq was developed to perfrom genotype calling and genetic analysis in this population.
