Testing the Holographic Hypothesis and Hilbert-Pólya Necessary Conditions : A Negative-Finding Campaign and open conjectures
Description (en) : This deposit gathers the artefacts of a collaborative research campaign (June 2026) testing two connected conjectures: (1) a "Holographic Zeta Hypothesis" postulating that the decimal digits of individual Riemann zeros carry an arithmetic imprint of the prime numbers, and (2) the Hilbert-Pólya conjecture, specifically its necessary condition CN-6 (native arithmetic emergence). Through a three-scale falsification procedure—local adelic probe (Compressed Liouville Constant, N=500,000), individual spectral resonance (orbital frequencies k·log p on 100 zeros and a high-height sample n~10⁶), and collective spectral rigidity (⟨r⟩ and Δ(L) on 2,001,052 Odlyzko zeros)—we find that local and individual probes yield no significant resonance. The super-GUE spectral rigidity (⟨r⟩ = 0.606574 > 0.59975) persists across all scales and decays as 1/log²T, consistent with Bogomolny-Keating (1995). This supports a holographic interpretation: the arithmetic of primes resides in the collective correlations (boundary), not in the individual decimals (bulk). CN-6 remains unfalsified but is shown to be inaccessible to local probes. Twelve unknowns (IM-1 to IM-12) are identified, with IM-8 (height transition mechanism) empirically constrained.
