Experimental dataset for ‘Potential drivers and consequences of regional phosphate depletion in the western subtropical North Pacific’

This dataset accompanies the manuscript ‘Potential drivers and consequences of regional phosphate depletion in the western subtropical North Pacific’ by Yuan et al.This dataset consists of (1) DIN, DIP and APA profile data at 4 stations, (2) temperature, salinity, DIN, DIP of underway data, (3) Chl a and APA data based on bioassay experiments during the GEOTRACES GPpr15 (KK2007) cruise. Experiments and sample collection conducted onboard RV Tan Kah Kee on January 7-18, 2021, located at the 155°E section (12-28°N) in the western subtropical North Pacific.
