m6A alteration following FTO conditioned knockout of cortex and hippocampus in MACO mice

This sequencing project targeted m6A in FTO hippocampal and cortical conditioned knockout mice under middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) conditions. Mice were grouped into Sham_FTO^Flox/Flox, MACO_FTO^Flox/Flox, Sham_FTO^Flox/Flox; EMX1^+, MACO_FTO^Flox/Flox; EMX1^+. The thrombus was removed from the MACO model 1h after embolization, and MeRIP-Seq was performed on the hippocampus and cortex 24 hours after the restoration of perfusion.
