Sequencing of CMV-responsive T cells from a transplant recipient with CMV viremia

This study completed longitudinal analysis using the BD Rhapsody system of cytomegalovirus (CMV)-responsive T cells in the first year post-transplant in one subject with a known episode of viremia. Cells were stimulated for twelve hours with a CMV IE-1 peptide library and CD137+ CD8 T cells and CD154+ CD4 T cells isolated as CMV-responsive.The goal was to identify changes in the CMV-response post-transplant, particularly relative to viremia.
