Up- and down-regulated TFs from each pairwise comparison, as well as the list and frequency of the TF families detected, are presented in this file. Transcript name (Transcript ID), fold-change (FC), expression values at each embryo developmental stage (RPKM), TF family and the best match against TAIR database (At locus ID, At name, At annotation) are indicated.
