Transcriptome profiling during medaka development in wild-type, homozygous auts2a mutants and heterozygous auts2a mutants

Messenger RNA profiling was performed during medaka (Oryzias latipes) at stages 6, 8, 11, and 15. This was performed in auts2a mutants , wild-types, and heterozygous auts2a mutants originating from either female mutants or male mutants.
