Comparison of T-cell Receptor Diversity of people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis versus controls

Study profiling the diversity of circulating T-cells between cohorts with ME, MS or healthy controls. Profiling used heavily enriched sequencing libraries to identify and describe recombinant T-cell receptor locus molecules in genomic DNA taken from donor CD4 and CD8 cells. Study aims to research if any association between disease state and diversity of circulating T-cell repertoire exists.
