The transcriptomes of the rare actinomycete Actinoplanes missouriensis wild-type and five fliA mutant (fliA1, fliA2, fliA3, fliA1&fliA2, fliA1&fliA2&fliA3) strains were sequenced with the Illumina HiSeq. The strains were cultivated on a sporangium-forming HAT agar at 30 degrees celsius for 6 days and the total RNAs were extracted from each strain.
