Integrative analyses of metabolome and transcriptome provide insights into flavonoid variation in grape berry

Transcriptome analysis of skins and pulps of berries from three grape cultivars: Kyoho (JF), Wink (WK), and Italia (YD). They were cultivated in the same field and under normal conditions in China. Grape berries were collected at the mature stage when seeds became brown and total soluble solids or titratable acids tended to be stable.
