Komagataella phaffii Raw sequence reads + assembly + bigWigs

The project related to bioengineering stable synthetic 'nano'chromosomes in K.phaffii strain CBS7435 and CBS7435 with KU70 knockout. Linear nanochromosomes contain Pichia genetic features and a gene-landing zone in which an array of genes-of-interest alternate with non-coding DNA sequences chosen to facilitate homologous double cross-over recombination and serve as spacers. The landing zone translates along the nanochromosome in an inch-worming mode of sequential gene integrations that recycle one pair of antibiotic-resistance markers. Here are WGS for 7 strains K.phaffii (CBS7435 background), each contains a synthetic nanochromosome.
