In Pic Saint Loup forest (FR), 50 measurements of volumetric soil moisture content, soil temperature and electrical conductivity were performed with a 2-rod TDR probe on punctual locations on June 8th and 9th 2021. In Puéchabon forest (FR), the same type of measures is continuously recorded with Campbell CS616 soil moisture probes and soil temperatures with PT100 sensors logged onto a Campbell Scientific data logger. Measurements were taken at three depths (-5 cm, -10 cm and -20 cm) according to the ICOS protocols. Measured values were recorded every half hour and provided data are averaged between 11h00 and 16h30 for the days when leaf samples were collected.
