Identification of immune signatures associated with both SARS-CoV-2 infection and lung transplantation

We used single-cell RNA sequencing to analyze immune cells in COVID-19 patients. We drew blood from convalescent patients and examined PBMCs, monocytes and regulatory T cells. Overall design: Monocytes and Tregs were sorted using fluorescence activated sorting (FACS). All samples were sequenced using a 10X genomics library preparation kit and an Illumina HiSeq sequencer.
