Climate network construction and analysis

We provide the python codes for paper "Teleconnections among Tipping Elements in the Earth System". The fold named teleconnection_area contains the codes, which are used to calculate the cross-correlation between the nodes in the Amazon and outside. The fold named path contains the codes, which are used to find and plot the shortest path from the Amazon to the TP. The fold named resilience contains the codes, which are used to calculate and plot indicators of Early Warning Signal for the snow cover in the TP.
