Scripts to generate ensembles of simulation pairs using ICOLMDZ

This repository provides the scripts and that where used in the studies titled "Atmospheric adjustments to cirrus formation in ice supersaturated regions", submitted in the Journal of Geophysical Research, and "Parametric Uncertainties in the Timescales of Atmospheric Adjustments to Contrail Cirrus Formation", submitted in Geophysical Research Letters. In these studies, we generate ensembles of simulation pairs using the atmospheric model ICOLMDZ from the French climate institute IPSL. The model can be download using this script: https://web.lmd.jussieu.fr/~lmdz/pub/install_lmdz.sh . We use the svn release 5437 and allow ISSR conversion in the lscp_condensation subroutine.
