Predatory bacteria are common in aquatic environments and associated with eukaryotic hosts. Here, we report draft genome sequences for two marine isolates, Halobacteriovorax sp. strains GFR7 and GFR8, which were isolated from Dickerson Bay in Apalachicola Bay, Florida, USA.
