TOGA COARE soundings from Singapore. Version 1.0

This dataset consists of sounding data from Singapore (WMO 48698) which was operated by the Singapore Meteorology Office. Soundings were taken four times per day during the IOP (00, 06, 12, 18 UTC). UCAR/JOSS conducted no quality control on these data. This dataset includes pressure, temperature, dew point, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and altitude taken at a variable vertical resolution. Refer to the station README file for details. NOTE: This dataset has been updated (4/30/2002) with corrected data for the humidty measurement errors of the Vaisala RS 80 radiosonde (Wang et al 2002). Please see the README for details.
