Human Breathomics Database is a reference database, providing 2766 related references, 913 compounds and 60 diseases associated with human breathomics. It is so challenging to understand about the breath molecules in related to disease, mechanism, and pathways we identified from our experimental analytical measurements due to the lack of organization of breath molecules and their related literature organization and summarization embedded in the enormous literatures.人类呼吸组学数据库（Human Breathomics Database）是一款参考型数据库，共收录2766篇相关参考文献、913种化合物以及60种与人类呼吸组学相关的疾病。由于海量文献中呼吸分子及其关联研究缺乏系统化的整理与综述，我们通过实验分析手段所鉴定出的、与疾病、发病机制及通路相关的呼吸分子，其内在关联与作用机制难以被清晰阐释。
