Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at 6 Church Green, Coggeshall, Essex, May 2019

This collection comprises photographs, a CAD drawing, documents and site records from an archaeological evaluation by trial-trenching at 6 Church Green, Coggeshall, Essex. Work was carried out by Colchester Archaeological Trust in May 2019. Three post-medieval pits were uncovered, as well as Roman material including a 1st-century brooch and a possible nummus, as well as a small amount of building material which suggests that the remains of a Roman building lie nearby.
