Analysis of genome-wide transcriptomic profiling of the transition to ripening, in two different tissues, pericarp and gel, spanning four ripening stages (EMG, LMG, Br and Br+4). In addition, genome-wide transcriptomic profiling of fruits treated twice (33DPA and 34DPA) with Auxin (100uM) or Mock, samples collected at 6h, 24h and 72h.
