Atures Rock Art RTI

This dataset contains the inputs and outputs of four sessions of reflectance transformation imaging data capture carried out during the 2016 in the Atures Rapids, Amazonas state, Venezuela.<br>This data is partially discussed in a published paper in Antiquity:<br><br><br>The folders within this dataset correspond to locations named in the Antiquity paper (Figure 1). <br><br>Files with the prefix "DSC_" were shot in manual mode with a Nikon D3100 DSLR in raw .NEF format, and processed into a lossless image format (.png) in RawTherapee 4.2.447 with default settings. The original files are available upon request, but were prohibitively large to include in this archive.<br>Data capture was aided with a handheld Yongnuo YN560 II flash paired with a set of four Yongnuo RF-603 wireless triggers. <br>The Flutist is located in the Upper panel of Picure Island, West, while the Face and Zoomorph are located in the East section of the same panel. The circle is in the easternmost sector of Raudal Yavarivén. With the exception of the circle, which was shot in overcast conditions, all data capture occurred at night.<br>Photographic metadata (ISO, f-stop, focal length, exposure) accompanies the files.<br>
