Transcriptome sequencing of ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3

In this study, we sequenced the transcriptomes of the ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 and its corresponding RGS1 gene knockout cell line to investigate the alterations in related biological functions and signaling pathways between the two cell groups. Our objectives include elucidating the biological processes associated with this gene, examining mechanisms linked to ovarian cancer pathogenesis, and identifying potential therapeutic targets.
