CRISPR screen of B cell receptor-controlled adhesion

To find novel kinases involved in the B cell receptor - integrin axis, we performed a CRISPR screen with the kinome-centered Brunello library in an adhesion assay, in which Namalwa cells were stimulated with anti-IgM or PMA, and allowed to adhere to fibronectin-coated wells. This pathway is important for retention of CLL, MCL, and other lymphoma cells in lymphoid tissues.
