Wheat RCA/Cpn60 pan-proteome: proteotype catalogue, audit tables and phylogenies across ten bread wheat cultivars

Derived datasets for a gene-locus-anchored catalogue of Rubisco activase (RCA) and chaperonin-60 (Cpn60) protein variation across ten sequenced bread wheat cultivars, built from Ensembl Plants release 63 annotated proteomes. Includes the non-redundant proteotype catalogue with composite identifiers and UniProt/InterPro annotation; the mapping of protein models to gene loci and chromosomes; presence–absence matrices; a recruitment-specificity audit; Cpn60 subunit-class assignments; divergence of reference-absent proteotypes from their nearest reference sequence; prevalence partitions at three clustering granularities with bootstrap confidence intervals; sequence-derived physicochemical descriptors; polymorphic-site tables; MAFFT alignments and FastTree phylogenies (original and collapsed/rooted); a prioritised candidate list; and a consolidated SQLite database.
