Non-viral vectors: From structure to clinical application

This is a review about non-viral vectors which are commonly used. We gathered and analyzed relevant findings and established systems about these non-viral vectors of their applications in gene therapy. By comparing each vector with others and describing hybrid systems, we try to establish a better understanding and literature summary of non-viral vectors. The files below are manuscript, figures and tables in our review.本综述围绕当前常用的非病毒载体（non-viral vectors）展开。我们收集并分析了相关研究成果，针对这类非病毒载体在基因治疗（gene therapy）中的应用构建了系统性研究框架。通过对各类载体进行横向对比并阐述复合载体系统，本综述旨在深化对非病毒载体的认知，并完成该领域的文献系统性总结。本数据集附带的文件包含本综述的文稿、插图及表格。
