Expression data of endometrium from patients with recurrent implantation failure and normal women

Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is a challenge in the field of reproductive medicine. The dysfunction of endometrium is one of the pathogenesis of implantation failure. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying the molecular pathogenesis of implantation failure. Endometrium tissues from five RIF and five control women were obtained for RNA extraction and hybridization on Agilent microarrays. We aimed to select differentially expressed RNA in the RIF patients.
