Amount of milk used for dairy production in Norway 2019-2022, by type

This statistic shows the amount of milk used for the production of selected dairy products in Norway from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, almost 59 million liters were used for the production of flavored sour milk products intended for retail sale. In the same year, a volume of approximately 553 million liters of milk were used for the production of mold cheese to be sold at retail. 388 liters of milk was used for the production of unflavoured milk intended for retail sale.
