Vector NHDPlusV2 catchments. Attributes include Pour_FL_T_days, which show total mean annual instream travel time of water, in days, from each catchment to its pourpoint downstream under fully natural conditions (i.e. without dams); Pour_T_days show travel time to pour point under existing conditions with residence time at dams included; and Pour_Pct_Nat, which shows deviation from natural flow time (dammed flow time/natural flow time). Also includes cumulative scores of stratified habitat priorities downstream, weighted by proximity and relative contribution of flow, both for all SGCN species as well as broken down by taxa (K1ADS1pSD_t3da25,K1ADS1pSD_Amp_t3da25 for Amphibians, K1ADS1pSD_Biv_t3da25 for Bivalves, etc). As with flowline attributes, ‘AK6’ at the beginning of the attribute column name indicates the results stratified by HUC6 (AK6_pSD_t3da25, AK6_pSD_Amp_t3da25, etc).
