Vertical atmospheric profiling by Microwave Radiometer during the ice breaker Shirase cruise of the 64th Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition

Meteorological observations were made in the Southern Ocean on board the R/V Shirase from December 2022 to March 2023 as a part of the 64th Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition (JARE). During the cruise, continuous vertical (temperature, absolute humidity, liquid water density) and surface (e.g., integrated water vapor, pressure, temperature, relative humidity liquid water path) atmospheric structures were observed by Microwave Radiometer.本数据集作为第64次日本南极科考（JARE）的一部分，于2022年12月至2023年3月期间，搭载“白濑号（R/V Shirase）”科考船在南大洋开展气象观测。本航次中，科研人员通过微波辐射计（Microwave Radiometer）连续观测了大气垂直结构（温度、绝对湿度、液态水密度）与近地面大气参数，包括积分水汽、气压、气温、相对湿度、液态水路径等。
