Inhalation of PM10 changed RNA expression in extensive range, and it also induced increase inflammatory cytokines, cellular inflammation, and fibrosis, in murine model. Overall design: Female BALB/c mice were treated with PM10, ovalbumin (OVA), or both (OVA/ PM10). PM10 was intranasally administered four times over 2 weeks, and OVA was intraperitoneally injected on days 0 and 14, and then intranasally administered on days 21, 22, and 23. After 2 days from the last challenges, mice were sacrificed. Full RNA sequencing using lung homogenates was conducted. We analyzed three of them (control, PM10 treated and OVA and PM10 treated).
