Rna seq evaluated the long-term effects of early developmental oxidative-stress

We were interested in evaluated the long-term effects of a sub-lethal dose of paraquat(Oxidative stressor) exposure during the larval stages on worker larvae. In a combination of phenotypic observations, we wanted to evaluated the potential molecular consequences specifically in the transcriptome via RNA-seq. Both early stressed and non-stressed workers were collected at the following ages: 3days, 20 days (Nurses), 23 (Foragers) and 23(Reverse nurses), to evaluate potential long-term effects through age but also in different behavioral sub-groups.
