Potential roles of gut microbiome in modulating humoral immunity post rabies vaccination in mice

there was an uneven production of RABV-neutralizing antibodies in conventional mice, which we found to be largely related to Clostridiales and Lachnospiraceae abundance. In summary, our results suggest that gut microbiome benefit to the humoral immunity post inactivated rabies vaccines.
