Complete genome sequence of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis. Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis

Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis is employed in the production of various types of cheeses. In the present study, we report the complete genome sequence of L. lactis ACA-DC 178 isolated from Greek Kasseri cheese. Whole-genome analysis is expected to highlight the technological potential of the strain for the manufacture of fermented dairy products.
