Sesuvium verrucosum Genome sequencing and gene expression analysis. Sesuvium verrucosum

Sesuvium verrucosum is highly salt tolerant succulent halophyte. We sequenced and annotated the whole genome of Sesuvium verrucosum using PacBio and Illumina sequencing technology. RNASeq and Small RNA libraries were generated for this study to understand the gene expression during salt stress condition.
