Differentially expressed genes in renal cell carcinoma cell lines (CBX96). unidentified

In this study, we investigated differentially expressed genes in 12 renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cell lines compared with those of 6 normal renal cortex, by 44K oligonucleotide-based expression array. Many genes were differentially expressed in RCC cell lines compared with normal controls. We found that several oncogenes were upregulated, whereas several tumor suppressor genes were downregulated.
