metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from mangrove sediment, seagrass sediment, estuary sediment and oilfield samples

This project contains metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) for investigation of signature proteins composed of eukaryotes like domains and novel phyla in Asgard superphylum. The MAGs were recovered from mangrove sediment, seagrass sediment, estuary sediment and oilfield samples. These MAGs were analyzed in Liu et al, 2021 (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-021-03494-3). The raw reads of the metagenomes are deposited here and also at the https://www.biosino.org/node, i.e., under the following project id: OEP000712 (FT), OEP001512 (MP5), OEP001513 (YT), OEP001524 (CJE), OEP001200 (Yap), OEP001201 (J65).
