Replication Data for "Closing the gap? The populist radical right and opinion congruence between citizens and MPs"

This repository contains replication materials for the article "Closing the gap? The populist radical right and opinion congruence between citizens and MPs". For this study, we used data from the German Longitudinal Election Study (GLES). These GLES voter datasets can be downloaded freely via the GLES website after registration. The candidate datasets of 2013 and 2017 are only available for academic research and teaching after the data depositors' written authorization. You can request access on the GLES website and order the data for a fee. We do not have the permission to make the data publicly available.
