Fungal community assembly in soils and roots under plant invasion and nitrogen deposition

This data includes raw OTU tables and cumulative sum scaling (CSS) normalized OTU tables for ITS and SSU loci. The Blast_table_for_each_locus folder includes an excel file with a sheet for each locus. These OTU tables were produced using QIIME 1.9.本数据集涵盖针对内转录间隔区（Internal Transcribed Spacer, ITS）与小亚基（Small Subunit, SSU）基因座的原始操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit, OTU）表，以及经累积和缩放（Cumulative Sum Scaling, CSS）标准化处理后的操作分类单元表。Blast_table_for_each_locus 文件夹内含一份Excel文件，该文件为每个基因座设置了一张独立工作表。上述操作分类单元表均通过QIIME 1.9软件生成。
