RNAseq data from expanded human Treg isolated from healthy blood donor and crispr for target candidate or scramble

Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are essential for maintaining immune tolerance in both lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues. We discovered that layilin, a C-type lectin receptor, is predominantly expressed on Tregs in skin. After expansion of human Treg for 12 days, cells have been electroporated using SNP protocol, after 4 days cells were sorted based on layilin expression and put back in culture for 24h before being processed for bulk RNAseq
